Hotel Belleza exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless; the location was outstanding (<5 min to a great section of the beach; near CVS for supplies); the staff was helpful but not invasive. I would 100% choose Hotel Belleza again for a stay on Miami Beach. Thank you!!!
1. We stayed at Hotel Belleza with a big group and it was perfect for us. The larger units were amazing and gave everyone plenty of space. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Mariana at the front desk was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. She made the whole stay easy and stress-free. Highly recommend for groups!
This is a wonderful place to stay very clean, comfortable, and in a pleasant environment. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again. I would have loved to give 5 stars, but a few small things made me rate it 4 instead: • It would be nice to have basic guest amenities like a small toothbrush and toothpaste. • Tea was available at the front desk, but having some in the room would make it even more convenient. • Providing at least two small bottles of water for guests would be a great touch, especially considering the extra $30 property tax charge. Overall, it’s a great stay and I truly appreciate the hospitality. I’d happily recommend this place to others!
The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Nicolas at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The location couldn’t be more convenient — just steps away from the convention center, making it the perfect place to stay for anyone attending events there.
Exceeded my expectations. Pros: Loved how clean the room was. I felt very comfortable and thats is not a normal feeling for me when at a hotel. The murals in the stairwell were amazing. Very spacious rooms with refrigerator and microwave. Access to washer n dryer was a great touch as well as real plants in the room. Cons: The carpet in elevator and hallway looked worn however there is always a pleasant scent in all common areas. The indoor ramp for elevator seems a bit unstable and the resort fee was not clearly communicated on Booking.com which was annoying to find out there are additional charges.
I made a brief stop here as I waited to board my cruise ship. The location was very convenient and near plenty of restaurants. Service was good. Staff was kind and friendly with new guests coming in and out. Especially a member named Nicolas. He was fun and extravagant at his job. I don't have to much more to say about this place except I would go back again.
Great hotel—my room was super clean. It’s located in a great area of South Beach, within walking distance of restaurants with amazing food. The staff has been amazing, very caring people. Special thanks to Mariana for her warm welcome. I will definitely be staying here again.
Really great hotel, close to Art Deco. Great, helpful staff. They were so nice that they let us to check in earlier, and leave our luggage at their storage while we were sightseeing before our flight. They have complimentary tee and coffee, washing machine, and well equiped store by the reception. Miami Beach is 5min walking distance.
